Who provides the service

Valoora is a service provided by Saúl Enrique Castillo Valdés, doing business as ACTIVAR B2B, with its address in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico (“Valoora”). By purchasing or using the service, you accept these terms.

The service

Valoora is an AI-powered LinkedIn prospecting tool that finds prospects, sends invitations and messages from your company’s LinkedIn profiles, replies to conversations, qualifies leads and suggests meetings. The features included in each plan are described on the pricing page.

Demo

The demo is free and doesn’t require connecting your LinkedIn account or sending messages.

Payments and prospects

Plans are billed monthly in advance, with no long-term commitment. Prices exclude taxes. Each plan includes a number of new prospects per month that renews monthly and does not roll over; sending invitations and messages does not use up prospects. We’ll notify you of any price changes at least 30 days in advance.

LinkedIn accounts

The profiles connected belong to your company or your employees, who must authorize the connection. The account, connections, and, where applicable, Sales Navigator license belong to you. LinkedIn may limit or restrict accounts that use automation; Valoora works with daily limits and a human-like pace to reduce that risk, but cannot prevent LinkedIn from taking action against an account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to contact only professionals with a legitimate business interest, respect anyone who asks not to be contacted, comply with LinkedIn’s terms and the data protection laws of each contact’s country, and not send deceptive, harassing, or impersonating messages. We may suspend any account that violates these rules.

Artificial intelligence

The assistant replies using the information you provide and may make mistakes. You can choose to approve messages before they’re sent, and you’re responsible for that information and for any commitments your company makes to its contacts.

Availability

We do our best to keep the service available at all times, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, LinkedIn logouts or third-party outages.

Data

Your account and campaign data belong to you. You can export it or request its deletion. Data processing is governed by our privacy notice.

Liability

Valoora’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last three months. We are not liable for lost sales, third-party decisions, restrictions LinkedIn applies to an account, or penalties resulting from use that violates these terms or the law.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime via WhatsApp or email; service remains active until the end of the month you’ve paid for.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León.
