Information we collect

For people who contact us or hire us: name, company, job title, phone number, email, country, and the messages they send us.

To provide the service: information the client uploads to their account; data from public LinkedIn professional profiles added to their campaigns (name, job title, company, location, and profile link); and conversations with those contacts, which we handle on the client’s behalf.

How we use it

Necessary purposes: to respond to your request, prepare your demo, set up your account, provide the service, bill you, and offer support.

Additional purposes: to send you information about Valoora and related services. You can opt out by writing to saul@activarventasb2b.com.

Our customers’ contact data

When a company uses Valoora to contact professionals on LinkedIn, that company is responsible for the data and for using it only for legitimate business purposes. Valoora processes it only to provide the service and in accordance with the company’s instructions. Anyone who asks not to be contacted is excluded from that client’s campaigns.

Who we share them with

With the technology providers that make the service possible (automation platform, artificial intelligence models, and hosting), some located outside Mexico, including in the European Union and the United States, subject to confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You may access, correct, cancel, or object to the use of your data (ARCO rights), including automated processing, and withdraw your consent by emailing saul@activarventasb2b.com with your name, the right you wish to exercise, and a copy of your ID. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.
